Getting credit for your small business can be as difficult as getting personal credit. The first place you want to start is with a bank. Most small businesses have to start with some type of bank loan to cover starting costs. The best way to approach the banker is with a complete business plan. Don’t pass over the small things. Start with a mission statement and other documented commitments. Then move into projected profits and secondary plans of action if the first one fails.
