Every game, day or night, I turn on my satelite tv and sit down to take in another Milwaukee Brewer game. So far most of the games haven’t been pretty, but there have been some monster games by the Brewers to give fans that faint glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel. The Brewers have some obvious weaknesses, such as pitching, but have some real offensive power houses in the lineup that might help them get the season back on track. While the Brewers are currently in fifth place in the National League Central Division, there a few things that could help them turn their season around, and make another playoff appearance before the year is out.
Ryan Braun needs to get over his elbow injury quick. Braun was on fire at the beginning of the season but an errant throw by an opposing pitcher tagged him right on the point of his elbow, putting on the bench for a few games and limiting his ability. Braun is now forced to bat with a massive elbow brace which is hindering his usually perfect swing. Braun is one of the best players in the league and needs to get back to form after his injury.
The Brewers need pitching. Desperately. The good news is they do have a few players in the minors that could see some work. Also, with Prince Fielder in a contract year it may be time to trade the young slugger while he still has some value. Fielder will want a tremendous amount of money next season and the Brewers need pitching now. Trading Fielder may get them some additional talent.

It is funny just how many different websites there are on this topic. I don’t know if I will have to be back here, but it’s great to know I found the one that provides a little useful stuff if this comes up for me again
